Yield 50 pieces

1 # phyllo dough
2 whole chicken breasts
2 T. butter
2 1/2 T flour
4 tsp curry powder
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 # unsalted butter, melted

Steps:

  • Thaw the phyllo dough overnight in the refrigerator, if frozen. To make the filling, bake chicken breasts in buttered aluminum foil in a 375 degree oven for 45 min. Unwrap and cool.
