1 pink grapefruit, cut in supremes, extra juice reserved
2 tablespoons elderflower syrup
Sparkling water

Steps:

  • Cut the grapefruit supremes in chunks and add a few to the bottom of 2 chilled glasses. Add 1 tablespoon of the elderflower syrup to each glass. Divide the reserved grapefruit juice between the glasses and top with sparkling water.

  • Pulse 1 cup raspberries and 1/2 cup each mint and sugar in a food processor. Let sit 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, then strain through a fine mesh sieve. For each drink, combine 1/2 ounce each of the puree and orange-flavored vodka in a glass; top with sparkling white wine and garnish with raspberries.

Make-Ahead Cucumber-Elderflower Sangria image

8 ounces cucumber- and rose-infused gin, such as Hendrick's Gin
8 ounces elderflower liqueur, such as St. Germain
1 cup limeade, store-bought or homemade
1 medium English cucumber, cut into round slices (about 3 cups)
One 750-milliliter bottle dry white wine, such as Pinot Grigio
Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish
Ice, for serving

Steps:

  • Stir together the gin, elderflower liqueur, limeade, cucumber slices and wine in a carafe or pitcher. Wrap and refrigerate until chilled and the cucumbers infuse the mixture, about 3 hours. Serve over ice in small rocks glasses. Garnish each drink with a mint sprig.
