10-MINUTE EASY BEAN DIP

Steps:
- In a medium saucepan, stir together beans, salsa, 3/4 c. cheese, and cumin. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently.
- Pour dip into a serving bowl, and immediately spread remaining 1/4 c. cheese over the top so it will melt. Top with a dollop of sour cream and salsa if desired.
- Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.

SUPER EASY CROWD PLEASING BEAN DIP
This is a recipe I got from my mom who, I believe, got it from an aunt. Either way, it is really easy to throw together and disappears FAST! I made it this weekend and people were licking the bowl! This is a doubled recipe. I always make it this way because people gobble it up. Feel free to halve it if you are only making it for a few people, but, I can't guarantee there will be any left over!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix chili and refried beans together in casserole dish. Does not need to be perfectly blended.
- Arrange cubes of cream cheese on top of mixture.
- Place in oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Swirl cream cheese into mixture with a knife.
- Top with desired amount of shredded cheese.
- Place back in oven for another 5-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
