6 large potatoes,peeled and thinly sliced
1 large onion, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 lb mozzerella cheese, shredded
2 oz pepperoni
1 tsp salt
2 can(s) pizza sauce

Steps:

  • 1. In skillet, Saute potato and onion slices in oil until onion begins to appear transparent; stir constantly to prevent browning.Drain well. Combine potatoes and onions with cheese, pepperoni and salt in crockpot. Pour pizza sauce over the top. Cover; let cook on low setting for 8 - 10 hours.

8 medium peeled and halved potatoes
2 large chopped onions
1 lb smoked sausage, cut into pieces
1 teaspoon salt
2 (8 ounce) cans pizza sauce

Steps:

  • Place potatoes in bottom of crock pot.
  • Place smoked sausage on top of potatoes.
  • Pour pizza sauce on top.
  • Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
  • I have also added cubed pepperoni instead of smoked sausage.
