3/4 cup Bisquick
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
6 ounces evaporated milk
2 teaspoons margarine or 2 teaspoons butter, melted
2 large eggs
3 large ripe peaches, mashed
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Steps:

  • Lightly grease crock pot or spray with non-stick cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar and baking mix. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Stir. Pour in margarine and milk and stir. Mix in peaches and cinnamon, until well mixed.
  • Pour into crock pot. Cover and cook on low for six to eight hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours. Serve warm. Top with vanilla ice cream if desired.

1 (16 ounce) package frozen unsweetened blackberries, thawed but not drained
1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed unsweetened berries (raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries) or 1 (16 ounce) package frozen raspberries, thawed but not drained
1 (16 ounce) package unsweetened frozen peach slices, thawed but not drained
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons butter, cut up
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon sugar
sweetened whipped cream

Steps:

  • In a crock pot combine the fruits with their juices, granulated sugar, and 1/3 cup flour.
  • Mix well.
  • Cover and cook on the high heat setting 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
  • Stir well.
  • Just before the time is up, in a food processor fitted with a metal blade, combine the remaining 1 cup flour, brown sugar, baking powder, nutmeg, and the salt.
  • Process to mix well.
  • Add the butter and process until cut into fine crumbs.
  • Add the cream and vanilla and process until the mixture holds together and forms a soft ball.
  • Drop dough by spoonfuls, evenly on top of the fruit.
  • Dust the mounds of dough lightly with the cinnamon-sugar.
  • Cover and continue cooking on high (do not cook on the low heat setting as the dough will not cook properly) about 1 1/2 hours or until the dough is cooked through.
  • Serve with whipped cream.

2 lbs fresh peaches or 2 lbs canned peaches, sliced
2/3 cup rolled oats
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
2/3 cup light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3/4 cup softened butter or 3/4 cup margarine

Steps:

  • Drain peaches, if using canned peaches.
  • Place the peaches in the crock. Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg and pour over peaches.
  • Add the butter or margarine and stir until crumbly.
  • Cook on low for 3 hours.

4 (15 ounce) cans sliced peaches in juice, undrained
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2-2 cups sugar, to taste
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 (10 count) can biscuits, baked and broken into bite size pieces

Steps:

  • Mix peaches, butter, sugar and cinnamon into crock pot.
  • Turn on HIGH and stir often until butter melts.
  • Once butter melts, add biscuits stirring to mix well.
  • Turn crock pot to LOW and stir occasionally for 2 hours.
  • You can serve with ice cream.

- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 -9 ounce jiffy white cake mix ( or 1/2 package of a 2-layer size cake mix)
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 cups frozen peaches, sliced

Steps:

  • Lightly grease the slow cooker/Crock Pot; place peaches in the bottom. Sprinkle with cornstarch; toss.
  • Drizzle with vanilla and sprinkle brown sugar over all. Sprinkle with cinnamon then cake mix. Drizzle melted butter evenly over cake mix. Cover and cook on high for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
