1/2 cup peach or apricot nectar
1/2 cup sliced fresh or frozen peaches
1/4 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
2 ice cubes

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients. Cover and process until blended. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.

Sip on a delicious dairy-free smoothie made from soymilk, peaches and white tea.

2 cups soymilk
8 bags peach-flavored white tea
3 cups frozen sliced peaches
1/4 cup honey

Steps:

  • In 1-quart saucepan, heat soymilk just to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring constantly; remove from heat. Add tea bags and push into soymilk; let stand 5 minutes. Discard teabags. Place saucepan with soymilk mixture in freezer 15 to 20 minutes to chill.
  • Place chilled soymilk, peaches and honey in blender or food processor. Cover; blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
