TEQUILA FRUIT DIP AND DRESSING
Use this creamy and tangy dip for dipping fruit or as a fruit salad dressing. It's excellent for strawberries. Most people don't know there's tequila in it. They only know that it is really yummy!

Steps:
- Stir together the sour cream, tequila, lime juice, and sugar in a small serving bowl.

TEQUILA LIME SAUCE
Steps:
- Combine the tequila, lime juice, shallots, garlic, cilantro, salt and pepper in a saute pan over high heat and bring to a boil. Reduce by half. Stir in the cream and simmer for 3 minutes. Whisk in the butter and remove from the heat. Continue whisking until all of the butter is incorporated. Serve immediately.
- Remove the rellenos from the oven. Spoon 1/4 cup of the sauce on each plate and place the rellenos directly on top. Garnish with the tortilla strips and the cilantro sprigs. Sprinkle Essence on the rim.
- Combine all ingredients thoroughly.

Steps:
- 1. Mash avocados; stir in lime juice, and set aside. Beat cream cheese at medium speed with electric mixer until smooth stir; in tequila, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir in avocado; set aside.
- 2. Rub rim of serving bowl with lime wedge. Put salt on plate; dip rim of bowl in salt, coating well. Spoon dip into bowl; garnish, if desired. Serve with nacho chips.

- In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and process until smooth.
