1 package (32 ounces) frozen cubed hash brown potatoes
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of potato soup, undiluted
2 cups shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 carton (8 ounces) spreadable chive and onion cream cheese

Steps:

  • Place potatoes in a lightly greased 4-qt. slow cooker. In a large bowl, combine the soup, cheese, sour cream, pepper and salt. Pour over potatoes and mix well., Cover and cook on low until potatoes are tender, 3-1/2 to 4 hours. Stir in cream cheese.

8 oz shredded velveeta, or cheddar can be used
8 oz sour cream
1 can(s) cream of celery soup
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 large onion, chopped
1/4 c butter, melted
1/4 tsp pepper, or more to your taste

  • 1. Place potatoes in greased crockpot.
  • 2. In a bowl combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over potatoes and mix well.

½ cup butter, melted
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
¾ cup sour cream

1 tablespoon butter
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 bags (20 oz each) refrigerated shredded hash brown potatoes
3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (12 oz)
2 cups sour cream
1 can (10 1/2 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Spray 5-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
  • In 8-inch skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Cook onion and garlic in butter, stirring frequently, 2 to 3 minutes or until translucent and soft.
