- Line a baking sheet with foil. Place a baking rack on top of the foil and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat oven to 425 F.
- Add flour to a large freezer bag. Mix together Panko Breading ingredients in a separate large freezer bag (or separate large bowl). In a large bowl, whisk together 2 eggs and 1/4 cup hot sauce.
- Add chicken to flour mixture and toss until coated. Dip chicken in egg/buffalo sauce mixture and let any excess drip off before placing in bag with Panko Breading. Toss with breading until well coated, pressing breading into chicken through the bag.
- Line chicken on the baking rack, and lightly spray with cooking spray. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden. Broil to desired crispiness.
- Meanwhile, make the Creamy Honey Buffalo Dip by whisking all the ingredients together except the hot sauce. After chicken is done, taste a piece to decide how spicy you want to make the dip and proceed to add hot sauce. (I use a full teaspoon and it is hot how I like it :) Start popping!

- Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove all rotisserie chicken off bone. Shred the chicken in the Classic Batter Bowl using the Mix-N-Chop, or with two forks. Once it is all shredded, pour hot sauce over to coat the chicken completely. Mix well with a scraper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight. Make sure cream cheese is room temperature, and spread it out evenly on the bottom of the Deep Dish Baker. Cover the cream cheese with the marinated chicken. Spread Blue cheese dressing over the chicken using the small spreader to make an even coat. Top with 2 cups of shredded cheese and bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Enjoy with tortilla chips and celery!

- Heat chicken and buffalo wing sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through.
- Stir in cream cheese and blue cheese dressing. Cook, stirring until well blended and warm.
- Mix in 1 cup of the shredded cheese, and transfer the mixture to a slow cooker.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place cooked chicken in a baking dish.
- In a small sauce pan, combine Frank's Hot Wings Sauce, ranch dressing and cream cheese. Heat over medium high heat, stirring until cream cheese is completely melted. Once melted, pour the sauce mixture over chicken. Then sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Serve with 1 1/2 cups of your favorite veggies for a complete Lean and Green meal.

- Preheat oven to 375. Dice onion and garlic and spread on chicken breast. Wrap chicken in tinfoil, put on oven safe tray, place on center rack and cook for 16 minutes. Turn chicken over and bake for another 16 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes. Unwrap and allow to cool enough so that you can shred it.
- On medium heat, melt butter in small sauce pan. Once butter is completely melted, add hot sauce and apple cider vinegar to the sauce pan and whisk until fully combined. If you like hotter buffalo dip, add cayenne pepper powder. Whisk periodically until the sauce is bubbling, and remove from heat. You can do this while the chicken is cooking.
- To a medium-sized bowl, add softened cream cheese and ranch dressing. Combine fully before adding the buffalo sauce. Once sauce is added, stir until no longer lumpy. You can also do this while chicken is cooking.
- Decrease oven temp to 350. Add shredded chicken, garlic and onions to mixture. Move mixture to an 11 x 7 baking dish. Evenly distribute cheese on top. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling all over. You can always broil at the end if need be. Remove from oven when done.
- Chop and add scallions (optional).
- Serve with tortilla chips or whatever you might like.
