1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 red bell pepper, seeded and minced fine or run through a food processor
1 (1 ounce) packet dry good seasonings zesty Italian salad dressing mix
grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Open the rolls and separate into four rectangles. Pinch the seams closed.
  • Mix the cream cheese, and rest of ingredients (except the parmesan cheese). Spread over the roll dough to 1/4 inch from the ends.
  • Roll up starting at the short end.
  • Slice 6-8 rounds.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until light golden brown on top.

1 package (8 ounces) reduced-fat cream cheese
1 teaspoon fat-free milk
1/3 cup each finely chopped sweet red, green and yellow pepper
1 can (4-1/4 ounces) chopped ripe olives, drained
2 tablespoons ranch salad dressing mix
6 flour tortillas (6 inches)

Steps:

  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth; stir in the peppers, olives and dressing mix. Spread over tortillas. Roll up jelly-roll style; wrap tightly in plastic wrap. , Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Just before serving, cut into 1-in. pieces.
