- Sift flour, sugar, salt, soda, and cocoa together into a 9 x 13 inch ungreased cake pan. Make three wells. Pour oil into one well, vinegar into second, and vanilla into third well. Pour cold water over all, and stir well with fork.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 to 40 minutes, or until tooth pick inserted comes out clean. Frost with your favorite icing.

CRAZY CAKE POPS
Steps:
- Poke holes 2 to 3 inches apart into 1 side of the foam block using a lollipop stick.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and lightly flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Beat cake mix, water, eggs, and oil in a bowl with an electric mixture until blended. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 23 to 28 minutes. Let cake cool until easily handled, about 20 minutes.
- Crumble the cake into a bowl using your hands, discarding any hard or lumpy pieces. Mix in frosting until thoroughly combined.

CRAZY DARK CHOCOLATE CAKE
Found this in Cotton Country Collection by The Monroe Louisiana Junior Charity League that my DB and DSIL gave me for Christmas in 1981. I started using the Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa a few years ago with rave results. Its this chocoholic's dream cake. It is incredibly moist and rich, as well as easy. I use a disposible pan and take this to potlucks all the time. You can also mix in a bowl with the same results. (If you use the frosting recipe make sure you use whole milk, I made the mistake of using skim once and it came out so thin that even twice the amount of sugar would thicken it and it was too sweet after that to eat.I had to scrape it off and add more cocoa.)

- Sift into an ungreased 9x13" cake pan the flour, sugar, baking soda and cocoa, blend well. Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients and add the oil, vinegar and vanilla. - Layer ingredients in jar in order given in a 1 quart canning jar.
- It is helpful to tap jar lightly on a padded surface (towel on counter) as you layer the ingredients to make all ingredients fit neatly.
- Use scissors to cut a 9 inch-diameter circle from fabric of your choice.
- Center fabric circle over lid and secure with a rubber band.
- Tie on a raffia or ribbon bow to cover the rubber band.

- Stir cake ingredients together using a wire whisk or fork, making certain that all ingredients are completely mixed together.

My husband loves bananas and I wanted to make him a banana bread or cake. I have recipes for both and ended up taking ingredients from both to make this crazy moist cake loaded w/ mashed bananas. It's so good, I think I ended up eating most of it.!

- 1. Heat oven to 325. Lightly spray a 10-cup bundt pan w/ cooking spray. In small bowl mix pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Set aside.
- 2. In large bowl beat bananas, cake mix, pudding mix, oil, eggs and vanilla until combined. Sprinkle 1/2 of the cinnamon-nut mix into bottom of pan evenly.
- 3. Pour 1/2 of the batter over the cinnamon mix. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon-nut mix over batter. Pour remaining batter over cinnamon mix. Using a butter knife, swirl the batter. bake 45-55 mins. ( my oven it took 48 mins.) Let cool. Microwave the frosting for just a few seconds to make it drizzle consistency. Drizzle frosting over the cake. You may only need 1/2 the can of frosting. Slice and serve.
