1 (5 ounce) can albacore tuna
2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon bottled lemon juice
1 teaspoon instant minced onion
1/4 cup craisins

Steps:

  • add lemon juice to cranberries in a separate bowl.
  • mix tuna with mayonnaise and minced onion.
  • add the cranberries & lemon to the tuna mixture (it's best if you can let this set a while before eating).
  • this can be made with fresh lemon juice and fresh onions. if you use dried unsweetened cranberries then add a bit of sugar to the mixture.

2 cans of solid white tuna in water ((5 ounce cans))
1/4 cup mayonaise
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Open the cans of tuna and drain and discard the water.
  • Add the tuna and all other ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine. I use a fork so I can flake up the tuna into smaller bits.
  • Serve with crackers, on a sandwich, or refrigerate for 1 week.
