2 cups chilled sparkling apple cider
1 cup chilled cranberry juice
1 cup chilled club soda (or tonic water)
apple, slices (to garnish)
of fresh mint (to garnish) (optional)

Steps:

  • In large pitcher, mix sparkling apple cider, cranberry juice and club soda(or tonic water).
  • Serve over ice.
  • Garnish with apple slices and mint, if desired. Enjoy!

Cranberry Raspberry Non-Alcoholic Fruit Punch image

This is a very simple, quick recipe that I put together with what I happened to have available. The result is quite tasty! The splenda is partly for offsetting the tartness from the citrus fruit wedges in the drink- if you don't use citrus fruits in the punch, taste test it before adding any sweetener. Cook time is chill time.

1 1/4 cups cranberry-raspberry juice (fresh if possible)
1/2 lemon, cut into wedges
1/2 orange, cut into wedges
other fresh fruit, for example strawberries, raspberries, peaches, cut into wedges
1 tablespoon Splenda sugar substitute
1 cup carbonated lemon-lime beverage

Steps:

  • Beforehand, chill the juice and the lemon-lime beverage separately.
  • In a jug or container, mix the cranberry raspberry juice with the lemon, orange and any other fruit you would like to use. Add the Splenda and stir to mix.
  • Put in the fridge for the flavours to blend.
  • After about an hour, add the carbonated lemon-lime beverage to the jug, stir and serve chilled!

1 cup grapefruit juice, chilled
1 cup orange juice, chilled
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups ginger ale, chilled

Steps:

  • In large non-metal pitcher or punch bowl, combine cranberry, grapefruit and orange juices. Add sugar; blend well.
  • Just before serving, add ginger ale; stir gently.

I grew up on a cattle ranch, 40 miles from the nearest grocery store. We made do alot, but the Schwan's delivery man did stop by once a month to make sure Dad's ice cream supply didn't run out. In the early '90's Mom bought a case of frozen lemonade from him and this recipe was on the box. It's been a family tradition ever...

3- 8oz. can(s) jellied cranberries
8 oz frozen cranberry-apple drink concentrate
16 oz frozen lemonade concentrate
1 tsp allspice, ground
1 tsp cinnamon
4 c water
3 l lemon-lime carbonated soda
rum or vodka (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. Place jellied cranberries in mixer bowl, beat til smooth. Add concentrates and spices.
  • 2. Mix on low speed until smooth.
  • 3. Pour into one gallon bucket with lid. Add water and mix.
  • 4. Cover and freeze 2 hours. Mix again. Freeze 8 hours or overnight.
  • 5. To serve: put a big scoop into a glass and fill with lemon-lime soda. Mix and enjoy!
