HOLIDAY CRANBERRY SPREAD
Steps:
- Sort through cranberries, discarding stems and any bad ones. Rinse with cold water and chop finely with a knife or food processor. Place chopped cranberries in a medium mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well with a spoon. Spread keeps in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Makes about 1 cup cranberry spread: about 8 servings. Cook's Notes: Spreadng suggestions are melba toast, toasted pita chips, thin slices of French bread, cucumber slices, mini rice cakes, lowfat crackers.
CRANBERRY HOLIDAY SPREAD
Steps:
- Mix all of the ingredients except pecans together in food processor and rough blend to an even mixture. Fold in pecans. Chill for at least 2 hours. Serve with crackers or crudites.

Steps:
- In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, honey and cinnamon until smooth. Spread onto a serving dish, or plate.
- In a bowl, stir cranberry sauce until it reaches spreading consistancy. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with toasted almonds.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Serve with crackers.
