CRAB AND SHRIMP DELIGHT
This crab/shrimp/pasta entree is great served with a Caesar salad, hard rolls, asparagus and a nice white wine. It's quite rich, so it goes a long way!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine the soup, milk, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth. Stir in the crabmeat, shrimp and uncooked noodles.
- Spoon into an ungreased 9x12 inch baking dish. Sprinkle top with cheese. Bake, covered, in the preheated oven for 35 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle onion rings over the top. Return to oven and bake for 10 minutes.

- Mix crab meat and cream cheese together. Spread into a 9 inch size pie pan or similiar size dish. Pour cocktail sauce over crab meat mixture to cover completely. Sprinkle with parsley. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve with assorted crackers.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 2-quart, glass baking dish.
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt 4 tablespoons of butter. Remove from heat and whisk in flour. Pour in 1/2 cup of heavy cream and whisk until smooth, return to heat.
- Add cheese and stir until creamy. Remove from heat and whisk in remaining cream. Stir in wine, paprika, crabmeat, and spinach. Season with garlic, salt, rosemary, and thyme. Mix in the onion and mushrooms.
- Pour into prepared casserole dish.
- Top with bread crumbs. Drizzle 1 tablespoon melted butter over the top.
- Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until top is browned and bubbly.

MY CRAB PASTA SALAD DELIGHT
I was in the kitchen one day and put this recipe together from just wanting something new,and I am hooked on it now,as I have this passion for pasta.

- 1. Boil water and add in 3 cups of dry macaroni or penne etc. and noodle that you prefer.Add 1 tsp salt into pot.Cook pasta aldente which is 8 min, if you like yours a little firm,longer cooking time if not.Drain off water in collander.
- 2. Put pasta in large bowl.Add 3 TBSP mayo and 1/2 tsp of black pepper.Toss around.Use your raspberry walnut vinegarette as just squirt over salad,about 1/3 cup. Open your pkg of imitation crab meat and put over top of salad as is,right out of the pkg.
- 3. Open can of black olives sliced already for you or you do the slicing of the whole can of olives and shake over salad.Next lift and toss gently and refrigerate for 2 hours to marinate your flavors into the pasta noddles.Now the BEST part.Enjoy till your heart,s content.And there will be leftovers to dive into again.
CRAB RICE DELIGHT CASSEROLE
This is so delicious. I rarely use cream of mushroom soup anymore, but it is hard to change this recipe. Also, it has canned asparagus. I'm not even sure why they taste good in this recipe but they really do! I usually double this recipe minus a little bit of rice for a layered effect.
