CHEESY CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE
It's a delicious dish of delightful cheesy sauce. Bright red and green bell pepper pieces and crushed corn flakes! We enjoyed it so much, their was nothing to scrape off the dishes or pan!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 2 quart baking dish.
- Place a steamer insert into a saucepan, and fill with water to just below the bottom of the steamer. Cover, and bring the water to a boil over high heat. Add the cauliflower, and steam until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Drain, and set aside.
- Combine sour cream, Cheddar cheese, corn flakes, bell peppers, and salt in a medium bowl. Stir in the cauliflower, and transfer to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and paprika over the top of the dish.
- Bake uncovered until heated through, 30 to 35 minutes.

CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE
Sounded so different that I want to try it soon. It has a "secret ingredient" of cream of shrimp soup. Found this in a community cookbook from the mid 1980's. It might be good with some red pepper flakes or cayenne to "kick it up" a bit.

Steps:
- In a greased casserole dish, put in 1/4 cup of the cornflake crumbs. Place the cauliflower over the crumbs and pour the melted butter over it.
- Mix the sour cream, shrimp soup, salt, pepper and onion powder together. Pour over the cauliflower and sprinkle with the additional 1/4 cup of cornflake crumbs.
- Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes.

BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE
Steps:
- 1. Thaw Frozen Broccoli and cauliflower. Drain any water that comes out of it.Put in a Casserole dish. Sprinkle seasoning salt on top of broccoli and cauliflower. Top with the cheese.
- 2. Put crushed Cornflakes on top .
- 3. Melt stick of Butter or Margarine and Pour over top of cornflakes. Cover with Aluminum Foil.
- 4. Place in oven at 375 degrees for 15 mins. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 mins till cornflakes are lightly browned. Serve and enjoy!

- Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease a 2-qt baking dish; set aside.
- Cook cauliflower in boiling salted water until crisp-tender (about 6-7 minutes); drain.
- Place cooked and drained flowerets into the prepared baking dish.
- Meanwhile, melt 3 tbsp of the butter in a saucepan and saute the scallions for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the flour until smooth.
- Very gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Add salt, pepper and paprika.
- Continue cooking and stirring until sauce is thickened and smooth, for about 3 minutes. Stir in the mustard .
- Evenly pour the sauce over cauliflower in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the Gouda cheese over casserole.
- Mix the crushed crackers with the 3 tbsp of melted butter; sprinkle over top of the cheese layer.
- Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Combine whole kernel corn plus liquid with cream-style corn in a large bowl; gently mix until combined. Stir in cream cheese and butter. Add cornbread mix, stir until incorporated. Mix in cauliflower until just blended. Transfer mixture to a 9x13-inch casserole and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, about 30 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
