Steps:

2 tablespoons crushed chocolate cookies, plus more for serving, optional
2 tablespoons white cake mix
2 tablespoons water, plus 2 teaspoon
whipped cream, for serving, optional
chocolate syrup, for serving (optional)
8 oz jar, microwave and oven safe

Steps:

  • Add the angel food cake mix, crushed cookies, and white cake mix to a jar. Cover with the lid.
  • Store in the pantry for up to 3 months.
  • When ready to eat, remove the lid from the jar. Pour the water into the dry cake mix. Mix thoroughly, making sure to scrape the dry mix from the bottom of the jar.
  • Microwave for 60 seconds, until cooked through.
  • Top with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and crushed chocolate cookies, if desired.

  • Grease a cookie sheet or line oven rack with foil. Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Remove whipped cream from the fridge to soften. Using a fork, mix together
  • the whipped cream and egg, then add cake mix. The mix should be very thick. Don't over-mix it so it stays fluffy.
  • Use a spoon to scoop the mix into dollar coin-sized balls. Drop the balls into the powdered sugar to fully coat.

½ cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 box chocolate cake mix, prepared accordingly to box instructions
10 chocolate sandwich cookies
8 oz high quality chocolate, 60% cocoa content or higher, chopped finely
2 cups heavy cream

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
  • Pour half of the cake batter into the bottom of a greased bundt cake pan, smoothing it with a spatula.

1-1/4 cups water
1/3 cup canola oil
3 large egg whites
1 cup coarsely crushed Oreo cookies (about 8)
FROSTING:
1/2 cup shortening
4 to 4-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whole and crushed Oreo cookies, optional

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, water, oil and egg whites; beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on high for 2 minutes. 1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
1 ¼ cups water
⅓ cup vegetable oil
3 egg whites
1 cup chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs
3 cups confectioners' sugar
¾ cup shortening
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 egg whites
12 chocolate sandwich cookies

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9 inch round cake pans.
  • In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, water, oil, and 3 egg whites with an electric mixer on high speed for 2 minutes. Gently stir in crushed cookies. Pour batter into the prepared pans.
  • Bake for 25 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a knife inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pans. Remove from pans, and completely cool on racks.
