COMPANY STYLE GREEN BEANS
I use home grown green beans, but canned ones will do. Everyone loves these, a little sweet and salty and spicy all together.

This is a favorite recipe given to me by my best friend. It makes an impressive looking dish and it's also really, good. We always serve it at holidays. It's easily adjusted to serve more people.

"COMPANY" GREEN BEANS
My Grandmother used to fix this when company was coming over, hence the name. This is a very forgiving recipe where amounts of ingredients can be varied to suit different tastes (Want less onion? Want more bacon? It's all good). Also, it can be doubled or tripled without any harm.

- Add bacon and heat until all ingredients are thoroughly heated.
- Serve in small bowls because it's kind of "soupy".

The Ro-tel is what makes these! Little bit sweet, little bit spicy. These go great with roast beef and mashed potatoes.
