CLASSIC DELI COLE SLAW DRESSING
A very good dressing I found on the back of a pre-mixed cole slaw package. Tasty, easy to throw together and just like what you would find in a deli. You can make extra dressing if you like your cole slaw "extra creamy" as well as use your own mixture of shredded green cabbage, carrots and red cabbage....We love it!!!

Steps:
- To make dressing, combine all ingredients except cabbage in jar. Shake well to combine. Put chopped cabbage in a bowl, pour dressing over and toss well to combine. It may seem a bit dry at first, but cover and refrigerate and cabbage will wilt and release liquid. Let sit for at least 20 minutes. Remove from refrigerator and toss again. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
