This light and refreshing Citrus Vinaigrette will be a perfect salad dressing recipe to brighten up your summer salad! Made with just simple ingredients, like olive oil, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, lemon and orange, it has a perfect balance of tangy and sweet!

1/2 cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
lemon zest from 1 lemon
lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
orange zest from 1 orange
orange juice from 1/2 orange
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

Steps:

  • Put all the ingredients in a mason jar (Olive oil, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, lemon zest and juice, orange zest and juice, minced garlic, maple syrup, and freshly cracked black pepper).
  • Close the lid and shake it up to mix everything together.

1 cup corn syrup
3/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons sugar
12 ounce dehydrated onion
1 1/2 teaspoons dry tarragon
2 teaspoons dried thyme
2 teaspoons fresh garlic
2 teaspoons kosher sail
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Steps:

  • Combine ingredients well and refrigerate to meld flavors. Before serving, whisk well to combine again.

3 ounces pecans, brittle (6 tablespoons)
1 ounce fried angel hair pasta (2 tablespoons)
1 ounce frozen wonton (fried and cut into strips 2 tablespoons)
1 ounce feta cheese (2 tablespoons)
1 ounce diced red onion (2 tablespoons)
1 ounce crispy bacon bits (2 tablespoons)
