3 to 4 ounces grapefruit juice
Ginger ale

Steps:

  • Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour a shot of Campari over ice. Add 3 to 4 ounces grapefruit juice. Fill to top with ginger ale.

half of a lemon
half of a lime
half of a orange (optional)
3 tablespoons water
4 teaspoons sugar
2 sprigs of mint
5 good sized pieces of ice
1 10 oz. bottle of Tonic Water

Steps:

  • 1) Squeeze the lemon, lime, and orange into a small glass. 2) Put the water and sugar into a small heavey sauce pan. Take one of the sprigs of mint and chop it up into small pieces and place it into the sauce pan. Turn on the heat for the sauce pan at a medium heat. Cook until the sugar has disolved into the water. 3) Combined the Tonic Water and citrus juice in a large drinking glass. 4) After the sugar water has cooled slowly pour it into the drinking glass with the Tonic Water and citrus juice. 5) Crush the ice in a food processor or blender. Take out the ice and pack it toghether into 3 pieces and place it into the drinking glass. 6) Place second sprig of mint on top of drink and serve.

200 ml fresh lime juice (about 7 limes)
100 ml fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
160 g palm sugar, finely chopped
1 1/2 liters soda water, chilled (club soda)
2 limes, quartered to serve
ice cube, to serve

Steps:

  • Combine lime and lemon juice in a large jug.
  • Add sugar and stir until dissolved, place in fridge for 10 minutes to chill.
  • Add soda water and lime wedges.
  • Place ice in serving glasses, pour citrus soda over and serve.

1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
1 cup seltzer
2 to 4 tablespoons flavored syrup

Steps:

  • Combine one 12-ounce can thawed frozen pineapple-orange juice concentrate, 1 cup coconut water and 3 thin slices ginger in a medium skillet; cook over medium-high heat until syrupy, about 20 minutes. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract; let cool. Add seltzer.
  • For each drink, combine 2 to 4 tablespoons flavored syrup with 1 cup cold seltzer in an ice-filled glass.

Navel oranges
Blood oranges
Limes
Lemons

Italian Orange Soda, fruit tea

Steps:

  • Brew Citrus Mint Sangria, fruit tea according to directions on package.
  • Pour tea into ice cube tray, add in oranges, limes, lemons, and mint; freeze over night.
  • Brew Italian Orange Soda, fruit tea according to directions. Let Chill.
  • Add ice cubes to Sweet Tea Pitcher and pour in Italian Orange Soda. Enjoy!
