- In a Dutch oven, bring 1 qt. of water to a boil. Add tea bags and mint. Cover and steep for 10 minutes. Strain; discard tea bags and mint. , In a large container, combine lemonade mix and remaining water. Stir in the tea and orange juice. Cool. Serve over ice.

- Add lemon peels, fennel seeds, and tea to a French press. Add hot water, steep 5 minutes, plunge, and serve with lemon wedges.
CITRUS-MINT ICE TEA PUNCH

- 1. Pour the water into a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat and add the tea bags, 4 sprigs of the mint, and sugar. Stir to dissolve the sugar and let steep 8 minutes. Cool to lukewarm, about 10 minutes. 2. Strain the orange and lime juice through a fine wire strainer into a pitcher. Remove the mint sprigs from the tea and pour the tea into the pitcher with the juices. Taste for sweetness. Put about 6 ice cubes in each of 4 tall glasses and fill each glass with punch. Found this on Splenda's webpage. It is really really good! Especially if you let it set. It seems to get better and better the longer it sits! I added some pineapple Rum to it, a a tub of crystal light classic orange mix.
