Steps:
- Combine juices, ketchup, vodka and hot pepper sauce in large bowl. Whisk in oil. Add shrimp, onion and cilantro and mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours and up to 6 hours. Drain before serving.
CITRUS COCKTAIL
Steps:
- Wash and dry the lemon, lime, orange and grapefruit. Cut the fruit in half and cut each half into thin slices. Divide the fruit slices among 6 mason jars, then add 2 ounces of vodka and 1 teaspoon of sugar to each. Screw the lids of the jars on tightly, then shake each jar.
- When ready to serve, top each with 6 ounces of citrus soda.
CITRUS-GRAPE SMASH COCKTAIL
Steps:
- Add lemon juice, agave, grapes and mint springs to a cocktail shaker. Muddle everything together with a muddler or the base of a wooden spoon until the grapes have released their liquid and the mint is fragrant, about 10 seconds. Add in the vodka and fill the shaker with ice. Place the top on and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds.
- Fill an 8- to 12-ounce glass with ice and strain the cocktail into the glass. Garnish with mint, if using, and serve.

- In a blender, process mangoes, sugar, OJ, lime juice & 8 ice cubes for 1 minute.
- Pour mixture into a pitcher & refrigerate.
- When ready to serve, in the pitcher, thin the mixture with sparkling water & stir.
- Pour into 4 glasses filled with additional ice cubes.
BURNT CITRUS COCKTAIL

- Combine the orange liqueur, white rum, lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass or large coupe.
- Float the lemon shell in the glass and fill with the 151-proof rum. Using a long match or lighter, very carefully ignite the rum. To extinguish the flame, use a spoon or stirrer to press the lemon into the cocktail.

- Bring citrus juices, ketchup & garlic to boil.
- Add shrimp, reduce heat & simmer 2 minutes.
- Drain & chill shrimp, reserving citrus juices.
- Nest the bowl of citrus juices in a large bowl of ice & whisk until cool.
- Stir tomato, onion, cilantro, jalapeño, olive oil, 1 teaspoons salt & hot sauce into citrus mixture.
- Add shrimp and toss to coat. Chill at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- To serve: Dip rims of martini or margarita glasses into lime juice & then dip into kosher salt. Spoon 1/4 cup avocado into glass & top with shrimp mixture. Serve with crackers.
