1/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar, divided
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat butter until light and fluffy, about 1 minute. Gradually beat in 1 cup sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk just until mixed., Transfer half of the mixture to a 9x5-in. loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Combine cinnamon and remaining sugar. Sprinkle three-fourths of mixture over batter. Top with remaining butter and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon mixture., Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.

2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 cup wheat and barley nugget cereal (such as Grape-Nuts®)
¾ cup light whipping cream
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon maple sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
  • Whisk flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda together in bowl. Combine nugget cereal and light cream together in another bowl. Beat eggs in another bowl until light and frothy.
  • Stir cereal mixture, white sugar, and eggs together in a large bowl. Add flour mixture to cereal mixture and stir to combine batter. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and sprinkle maple sugar over the top.

⅓ cup white sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup white sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk
⅓ cup vegetable oil

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan. In a small bowl, mix together 1/3 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon; set aside.
  • In large bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt and remaining 1 cup sugar. Combine egg, milk, and oil; add to flour mixture. Stir until just moistened.

1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 c oil
3/4 c sugar
1 egg
3/4 c milk
CINNAMON SUGAR TOPPING
1/4 c butter, melted
1/3 c sugar cinnamon mixture

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 350º. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon in Classic Batter Bowl. In a small batter bowl whisk together oil, sugar, egg and milk. Add dry ingredients and stir only to combine. Use the large scoop to divide among brownie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Remove from pan immediately. Combine sugar and cinnamon. 2 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 (12 ounce) can hungry jack refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Grease an 8x4 inch loaf pan (do not use dark-coated pan).
  • In small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon together.
  • Separate dough into 10 biscuits.
  • Cut each biscuit into quarters.
  • Dip each quarter into melted butter; roll in cinnamon-sugar mix.
  • Arrange biscuits in greased loaf pan.
