This is a tasty, tasty coffee. I love iced coffees and this is one of my favorites...caramel and cinnamon together with coffee...it doesn't get much better than this, topped off with a flavored whipped cream, delish.

Number Of Ingredients 10

8 ounces cold strong brewed coffee, cinnamon, cold, strong, brewed
1/8-1/4 cup caramel sauce (to taste)
1/4 cup 1% low-fat milk, 1%, cold
4 ice cubes, plain
4 coffee ice cubes, coffee
3 ounces heavy cream (whipping cream)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon caramel sauce
1 teaspoon caramel sauce (garnish, for drizzling)
1 cinnamon stick, for stirring

Steps:

  • Make the cinnamon flavored coffee.
  • Pour the hot coffee into a container, add the caramel sauce and stir until all the sauce has dissolved.
  • Next add the milk to the coffee mixture, stir, cover and place in fridge to chill.
  • Whip the heavy cream, cinnamon and caramel sauce together, until the cream is smooth, thick and creamy.
  • Cover and chill until needed.
  • Once the coffee is thoroughly chilled pour it into a large frosted glass filled with the flavored and plain ices.
  • Top with the flavored whipped cream , drizzle a little caramel sauce over cream and add a cinnamon stick for stirring.

16 cinnamon graham crackers, finely crushed
3/4 cup sugar, divided
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) margarine or butter, melted
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 cup prepared MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee, cooled
2 eggs
1 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
3/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
1 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE INTERNATIONAL Hazelnut Café

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix graham crumbs, 1/4 cup of the sugar and the margarine; press firmly onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Refrigerate while preparing filling. Beat cream cheese and remaining 1/2 cup sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add the 1/3 cup coffee; mix well. Add eggs; mix just until blended. Pour into crust.
  • Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely on wire rack. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.
  • Drizzle melted chocolate over pie; refrigerate until set. Mix caramel topping and flavored instant coffee in small saucepan; cook on low heat until well blended and heated through, stirring occasionally. Cool to room temperature. Cut pie into 10 slices. Drizzle 1 Tbsp. of the caramel sauce onto each of 10 dessert plates; top each with a slice of pie and an additional 1-1/2 tsp. of the remaining caramel sauce.

6 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
4-1/2 cups cold water
ice cubes

Steps:

  • Place coffee in filter in brew basket of coffee maker; sprinkle with cinnamon. Place caramel topping in empty pot of coffee maker. Add water to coffee maker; brew. When brewing is complete, stir until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Pour coffee mixture over ice cubes in tall glasses. Serve with milk and sugar, if desired.
