JELLY BEAN NESTS
Crunchy Chinese noodles and melted marshmallows make the cutest little nests for your jelly beans. Great as place markers at Easter dinner.

- Butter a 12 cup muffin tin.
- Combine marshmallows and butter over medium heat in a saucepan; stir until the butter and marshmallows have melted. Stir in the chow mein noodles, coat well. Butter fingers and press the mixture into the bottom and sides of the prepared muffin tin. Refrigerate until firm.

CHOW MEIN NESTS
These cute chow mein Easter egg nests are so fun for Easter; chocolate, butterscotch, and peanut butter coat the chow mein and then you add your favorite Easter egg candy.

Steps:
- Put the butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, and peanut butter in a medium sized bowl.
- Microwave for about 1 1/2 minutes.
- Stir everything together.
- If you need, microwave for additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring after until smooth and creamy.
- Pour your chow mein noodles into the bowl and stir to coat with the chocolate mixture.
- Line a baking sheet with a silicone liner or parchment paper.
- Scoop some of the chow mein mixture onto the parchment paper and carefully move the pieces to mold them into nest shapes.
- Place about 3 egg candies onto the nests.
- Place in fridge to harden quickly, or allow to harden on counter for a couple hours.

- Melt chips in the microwave for approximately 2 minutes. Stir well to make sure all chips are completely melted. Add chow mein noodles a little at a time to the melted chocolate. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto wax paper and make a well in the center. Decorate with jelly beans or chocolate robin eggs.

Steps:
- Break chow mein noodles into small pieces; set aside in large mixing bowl.
- Combine sugar and corn syrup in large saucepan.
- Cook on medium heat until the sugar is melted and there are bubbles at the edge of the pan.
- Add peanut butter and stir until smooth.
- Pour peanut butter mixture over crunched up noodles; toss until completely coated.
- Let cool slightly to avoid burns.
- Butter hands lightly and use approx 1/4 cup mixture to form a compact ball.
- Make indention in the middle of each ball to resemble a bird's nest.
- Place on waxed paper and let cool completely.
- Place 2-3 jelly beans inside each nest.
- Serve on a bed of green-tinted coconut for extra festive look.
