Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat pan with vegetable oil spray.
- In a medium bowl, cream together sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, egg whites, and vanilla with an electric mixer. Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt; stir into the creamed mixture. With a wooden spoon, stir in the quick cooking oats and chocolate chips.
- Drop dough by level tablespoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from baking sheets to cool on wire racks.

- In a bowl, cream shortening, sugar.
- Beat eggs, pumpkin and vanilla.
- In a bowl mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg,allspice,and cloves.
- Stir in creamed mixture.
- Stir in raisins, chocolate chips, dates and nuts.
- Drop by teaspoons on greased baking sheet.
- Bake 350 10-12 minutes till golden brown.

- Sift together flour,baking powder,salt and cinnamon.
- Cream shortening,add sugar gradually,cream until fluffy.
- Add egg to creamed mixture with chocolate,blend well.
- Add vanilla and milk.
- Stir in dry ingredients,rasins and nuts.
- Mix well.
- Chill 30 minutes.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Remove cookies and cool on wire rack.
