IRISH CREAM CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PIE

Irish Cream Chocolate Mousse Pie image

You must try this! My family waits all year for me to make this for St. Pattie's Day. It's Oh So Rich and yummy. I use Bailey's because I think it's the best, but I imagine it would work with other Irish Creams as well.

Chocolate Cream Mousse Pie image

The husband wanted a chocolate pie. Looked at a couple of recipes and combined them to come up with this one. It turned out gooooood! Light and fluffy! Most of the recipe is from a Hershey's cookbook.
