4 tbsp chocolate syrup
4 tbsp mini chocolate chips
4 cups double-strength freshly brewed espresso
chopped or crushed ice
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp whipped cream
1 tbsp chocolate syrup (garnish)

Steps:

  • Fill Blender half full with chopped or crushed ice.
  • Add 4 tbsp chocolate syrup, chocolate chips, espresso, ice, and vanilla extract.
  • Blend in blender until thick and still icy.
  • Pour into 4 tall glasses.
  • Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate syrup drizzle.

4 ounces warm water
2 ounces light vanilla soymilk
1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate syrup
1 tablespoon semisweet mini chocolate chips
3 (1 g) packets Splenda sugar substitute
5 -8 ice cubes or 1 cup crushed ice
2 tablespoons fat free Reddi-Wip topping

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients (except for the Reddi-wip) in a blender, and blend at high speed until well mixed.
  • Pour into a tall glass, and top with Reddi-wip!
