3/4 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1-1/2 cups Golden Grahams, crushed
3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons quick-cooking oats, divided
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup salted peanuts, divided
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, divided

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine the flour, cereal, 3/4 cup oats, baking soda, baking powder and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and beat well. Stir in 3/4 cup peanuts and 2/3 cup chocolate chips., Spread into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Coarsely chop remaining peanuts; sprinkle over the top with remaining oats and chips. , Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars.

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 cups semisweet chocolate morsels
1 ⅓ cups flaked coconut
1 cup chopped nuts

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F (325 degrees for glass dish). Coat 13x9-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter. Press into bottom of prepared pan. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumb mixture. Layer evenly with chocolate chips, coconut and nuts. Press down firmly with a fork.
  • Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Cut into bars or diamonds. Store covered at room temperature.

1 stick butter
2 c graham cracker crumbs
1 pkg chocolate chips
1 pkg butterscotch chips
1 c shredded coconut
1 c pecans chopped
15 oz can sweetened condensed milk

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.
  • 2. Melt butter in 9x13 pan in oven. Remove from oven and press the graham cracker crumbs on top of butter.
  • 3. Combine the chips, coconut, and nuts. Place on top of graham cracker crumbs.
  • 4. Pour sweetened condensed milk over top. Bake for 25 minutes. Cut into bars.

3 cups finely ground cookies (12 ounces), such as graham crackers or chocolate wafers, or a combination
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
1 cup pecan pieces
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips or chunks
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly splash a 15-by-10-inch rimmed baking sheet evenly with water, then line with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, stir together cookie crumbs, sugar, and butter until combined. Evenly press onto bottom and up sides of prepared baking sheet. Bake, rotating halfway through, until firm, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack; cool, about 20 minutes.
  • Sprinkle cooled crust evenly with pecans and chocolate. Pour condensed milk over the top, spreading to cover completely (do not let it drip over the edges). Sprinkle with coconut.
  • Bake until coconut is toasted, 10 to 15 minutes. Transfer to rack; cool completely. Trim edges, if desired, and cut into equal-size bars.

1/2 cup butter, cubed
2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 32 squares)
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325°. In a microwave, melt chips and butter; stir until smooth. Add cracker crumbs; set aside 2/3 cup. Press the remaining crumb mixture into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan., In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in milk, egg and vanilla. Stir in pecans. , Pour over crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Store in the refrigerator.
