- Place salmon on lightly greased baking sheet or broiler pan and season with salt.
- In small bowl, combine vinegar, honey and chili powder and mix well.
- Spread mixture evenly over fish.
- Roast at 400°F for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with fork.

- In a plastic bag, place salmon filets and chili sauce. Seal bag, releasing as much air as possible, and marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Place salmon in a baking dish and roast for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

- Bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes, to desired doneness. (Thicker fillets will require additional time.).
