1 ½ teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon avocado, or canola oil
1 ½ cups dried fusilli pasta, cooked according to package instructions and drained, still warm
french onion dip, for serving

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, stir together the smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and brown sugar until evenly combined.
  • In a medium bowl, toss the warm pasta with the avocado oil and half of the spice mixture, stirring to coat evenly.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 390˚F (200°F) for 5 minutes.
  • Add the pasta to the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes, tossing every 2-3 minutes and watching carefully to avoid burning, until the pasta is beginning to brown and crisp.
  • Return the pasta chips to the same medium bowl and toss with the remaining spice mixture until well coated. Let the pasta chips cool slightly, about 5 minutes. The chips will continue to crisp up as they cool.
  • Serve the pasta chips with French onion dip.

6 dried lasagna noodles, cooked according to package instructions and drained, still warm
1 tablespoon avocado, or canola oil
1 teaspoon hot sauce
salsa, for serving

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, stir together the cheddar cheese powder, chili powder, onion powder, and salt until evenly combined.
  • In a medium bowl, toss the warm lasagna noodles with the avocado oil and hot sauce until well coated. If any noodles stick together, separate them and make sure all sides are coated in oil.

2 cups uncooked bowtie pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons ranch seasoning
2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan
Pinch of red chili flakes

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain well and put into a large bowl. Drizzle the pasta with the olive oil to lightly coat. Sprinkle with the ranch seasoning, Parmesan and red chili flakes and toss to coat well.
