handful raspberries
splash simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water)
1 lime, juice of
ice
1 1/2-2 ounces rum
club soda or sparkling water, to your liking

Steps:

  • Tear up mint leaves and put them in the glass along with a handful or raspberries and a splash of simple syrup
  • Muddle the ingredients together
  • Add the juice of the lime and add ice
  • Pour in the rum and a splash of club soda or sparkling water
  • Stir well
