1 pkg. (16 oz.) farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked
4 cups small broccoli florets
1 cup prepared GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix, divided
1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained, cut into thin strips
1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Steps:

  • Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding the broccoli to the boiling water for the last 3 min.
  • Meanwhile, heat 1/4 cup dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 8 min. or until done, stirring frequently.
  • Drain pasta mixture; place in large bowl. Add chicken, tomatoes, cheese and remaining dressing; mix lightly.

4 ounces dry fettuccine pasta
1 pound chicken tenders
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes
2 green onions, white part only, sliced thinly
1 tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon dried basil
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Steps:

  • Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil. Cook fettuccine at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, toss chicken tenders and Cajun seasoning in a bowl until well seasoned.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and saute chicken until browned, 7 to 8 minutes. Add cream, sun- dried tomatoes, green onions, Parmesan cheese, salt, basil, black pepper, and garlic powder. Cook and stir until completely heated, 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Drain fettuccine. Serve chicken and sauce over the cooked fettuccine.

1/4 cup olive oil
3 large boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
1 carrot, peeled, cut into matchstick-size strips
1/4 cup finely chopped drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
12 ounces fettuccine, freshly cooked
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan

Steps:

  • Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sauté until brown and cooked through, about 6 minutes. Using slotted spoon, transfer chicken to large bowl. Keep warm. Add onion, garlic and fennel seeds to skillet and sauté until onion is tender, about 6 minutes. Stir in carrot and sun-dried tomatoes and continue cooking until carrot is crisp-tender, stirring occasionally, about 2 minutes. Transfer mixture to bowl with chicken. Add pasta and Parmesan and toss well.

This is one of the most requested recipes in our house; simple, very tasty and healthy. Goes down a treat with a nice glass of white!

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 chicken breasts, skin and fat removed
14 ounces penne or 14 ounces spiral shaped pasta
3/4 cup semi sun-dried tomato, roughly chopped
2/3 cup basil pesto
2/3 cup light cream
parmesan cheese, to serve

Steps:

  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil in frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper, add to pan and cook for 5-7 minutes each side or until cooked through.
  • Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm.
  • Cook pasta according to packet direction, drain and return to saucepan.
  • Heat remaining oil in pan, add tomatoes and toss for a minute.
  • Thinly slice chicken and return to pan; add pesto and cream and toss over low heat til well combined.
  • Add pasta and mix well, season with salt and pepper if desired.
  • Serve accompanied with parmesan cheese.
