Outdoor cooking without the mess! Chicken breasts topped with peppered bacon are sealed together with potatoes, carrots, and onions in individual foil pouches. Perfect for the grill, or even right on the campfire coals.

Steps:
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the bacon until evenly brown. Drain, chop coarsely, and set aside.
- On 4 large squares of heavy duty aluminum foil, evenly distribute the potatoes, carrots, and onion. Arrange the chicken breasts over the vegetables, and sprinkle with the chopped bacon. Top each with 2 tablespoons butter, and season with garlic salt. Fold the foil over the ingredients, and tightly seal.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.
- Place foil packets on the grill, and cook for 20 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine the sausage, potatoes, cabbage, onion, green and red peppers, zucchini and yellow squash.
- Gently stir in the chicken and tomatoes (do not add the butter or dressing).
- Divide the mixture into eight double thicknesses of heavy-duty foil (about 12 inches square). Top each pack with a butter cube.
- Fold foil around mixture and seal tightly.
- Grill covered over medium heat for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is done and veggies are tender.
- Be careful opening the packets as steam will escape first. After opening drizzle each serving with Italian dressing.

- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Spray 4 large sheets of aluminum foil with oil. Set aside.
- Mix stuffing and water together in a mixing bowl. Spoon 1/4 of the mixture onto each aluminum foil sheet and set a chicken breast on top of each. Top each one with 1/2 cup of broccoli. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese, 1/4 of the bacon, and a drizzle of ranch dressing.
- Fold the sides of the foil up into a packet.
- Place all the packs onto a baking sheet and bake 20 - 25 minutes depending on the thickness of the chicken.
- Let stand about 5 minutes before serving.
