2 cups biscuit mix
1 cup shredded mild Cheddar cheese
⅔ cup milk
¼ cup butter
¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Steps:

  • Preheat an oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
  • Mix biscuit mix, Cheddar cheese, and milk together in a bowl using a wooden spoon until batter is soft and doughy, 30 seconds. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until biscuits are lightly browned and cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Heat butter and garlic powder in a saucepan over low heat until melted, about 5 minutes. Brush garlic butter over cooked biscuits.

1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2/3 cup mayonnaise
2 to 3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
4 cups cubed cooked chicken
3 cups chopped broccoli, cooked
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tubes (12 ounces each) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
2 large eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons celery seed
1 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the soup, mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in the chicken, broccoli and onion. Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and bake at 375° for 20 minutes., Separate biscuits; cut each in half. Arrange, cut side down, over hot chicken mixture. , In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; pour over biscuits. Bake, uncovered, 28-32 minutes longer or until biscuits are golden brown and completely baked.

2 cups chopped red potatoes
1 cup coarsely chopped carrots
½ cup coarsely chopped onion
½ cup coarsely chopped celery
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon crushed dried thyme
½ teaspoon crumbled dried sage
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons quick-cooking tapioca, crushed
1 pound bone-in chicken thighs, skin removed
1 cup chicken broth
1 ⅔ cups baking mix
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
½ cup milk
1 cup frozen peas
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, cubed

Steps:

  • Stir potatoes, carrots, onion, celery, mushrooms, garlic, thyme, sage, salt, and black pepper together in a 4-quart slow cooker. Sprinkle tapioca over vegetable mixture and place chicken thighs into the cooker. Pour chicken broth over chicken and vegetables.
  • Cover, set cooker to Low, and cook until vegetables and chicken are tender and sauce has thickened, 6 to 7 hours. If preferred, set cooker to High and cook 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
  • About 30 minutes before serving time, preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  • Stir biscuit mix and Cheddar cheese in a bowl until thoroughly combined; mix in milk. Turn dough out onto a floured work surface and knead 10 times. Roll dough out into a 1/2-inch thick circle and cut out biscuits with a floured 3-inch biscuit cutter. Reroll scraps as needed. Arrange biscuits onto an ungreased baking sheet.
  • Bake biscuits in the preheated oven until golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes.
  • While biscuits are baking, remove chicken thighs from slow cooker and let stand until cool enough to handle. Strip meat off the bones and coarsely chop; discard bones. Return chicken meat to the slow cooker; stir in peas and cream cheese until cream cheese has melted and sauce is creamy. Cook for 10 more minutes. Serve with Cheddar biscuits.

¼ teaspoon white sugar

¼ cup cold butter, cut into cubes
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (such as Kraft® Double Cheddar)
⅓ cup milk
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon parsley
½ teaspoon garlic powder

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  • Mix flour, baking powder, cream of tartar, sugar, and salt together in a bowl; cut in butter using a pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
