- In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat until crisp; drain on paper towels. Crumble bacon; set aside.

- On each of 6 serving plates, place 1 lettuce wedge. Arrange chicken, apple, onion and walnuts around each wedge. Drizzle with blue cheese dressing; sprinkle with bacon.

- In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. In a small bowl, whisk the oil, garlic, salt and pepper; drizzle over chicken mixture and toss to coat. Refrigerate until serving., Cut baguettes into 1/2-in. slices. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 425° for 2-4 minutes or until lightly browned. Cut garlic in half lengthwise; rub over bread. Brush with oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake 2-3 minutes longer or until crisp. Serve crostini with salad.

- In a large shallow dish, combine salad dressing, chicken seasoning and Italian seasoning. Add chicken; turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 4-6 hours. Drain chicken, discarding marinade., Preheat oven to 450°. In an ovenproof skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Brown chicken on both sides.
