Time 50m

Yield 8 slices, 4-8 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 (8 ounce) can pizza dough
2 cups cooked chicken breast halves (chopped)
8 slices cooked bacon (cut up)
1/4 cup red onion (chopped)
1 1/2 cups pre-shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3-1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 ounces cream cheese
1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
salt and black pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • Roll out pizza dough onto your pizza pan or cookie sheet. Prepare sauce.
  • In saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Mix in the cream cheese and stir until melted. Stir in the cream and garlic powder. Increase the heat and bring to a boil. Decrease the heat and simmer, stirring often. If sauce seems too thin, sprinkle in some flour 1 teaspoon at a time. Cook and stir for desired consistency. Stir in the parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. You should have a nice creamy alfredo sauce for the pizza.
  • Spread your ranch dressing on your dough first, next spread your alfredo sauce on the dough.
  • Sprinkle half of your mozzarella cheese on the pizza. Add your shredded chicken, bacon and chopped onion. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake at 425 on the bottom rack of oven for 20 minutes or until crust appears done on the bottom.
  • Assuming that everyone eats two pieces each, this makes 4 servings. Otherwise it makes 8.

DOUBLE-RANCH PIZZA WITH CHICKEN AND BACON

Double-Ranch Pizza with Chicken and Bacon image

This pizza is fast to make when using rotisserie chicken, and prepared pizza dough. For an even quicker preparation use already cooked bacon crumbles. I cook my pizza in a cast iron skillet for a slight crunch to my dough. Serve with a small salad if desired.

Time 20m

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 can(s) pizza dough (i used the thick crust)
1 BAG OF CHICKEN ALREADY MADE OR COOK YOUR OWN. I BOUGHT THE ALREADY MADE, PRE-GRILLED CHICKEN IN A BAG.
1 tomato, diced
1 real bacon bits
ranch dressing (as much as you want to use)
shredded lettuce
1 c mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1 c fiesta blend cheese (shredded)

Steps:

  • 1. Lay pizza dough onto greased baking sheet.
  • 2. Put on ranch dressing. I put on as much as I like, I don't use a measuring cup.
  • 3. Put toppings on as you would like. I put the chicken, tomato and then bacon. On top of that I put some shredded lettuce. Then on top of all of those I put the cheese.
  • 4. Put into the oven for however long the pizza dough can says. My oven cooks faster then other's so it only took about 10 minutes for mine to be done. Others may take about 15 minutes for this many toppings. Enjoy!
