2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
1 can (12 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 can (12 ounces) frozen cherry pomegranate juice concentrate, thawed
1 can (6 ounces) unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled
1 medium lemon, thinly sliced
1 bottle (1 liter) club soda, chilled
1 bottle (750 milliliters) champagne or sparkling white grape juice, chilled

Steps:

  • In a punch bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Slowly stir in club soda and champagne. Serve immediately.

This is a great adult punch for any time you want to celebrate. Orange, cranberry, apple and a splash of pineapple juice combine with champagne and sliced strawberries.

4 fluid ounces fresh orange juice
4 fluid ounces cranberry juice
2 fluid ounces apple juice
2 tablespoons pineapple juice
2 fluid ounces lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
2 fluid ounces champagne
ΒΌ cup sliced frozen strawberries

Steps:

  • In a bowl or pitcher, combine the orange, cranberry, apple and pineapple juices.
  • Pour in the lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage, champagne, and frozen strawberries. Wait a minute or two for the strawberries to moisten up, then pour into glasses and serve.

1 (11 ounce) can mandarin orange sections, chilled
1 (1 lb) can queen anne cherries, pitted and chilled
1 cup halved seeded grapes
1 cup diced unpeeled red apple
1 (750 ml) bottle chilled champagne
fresh edible flowers such as violets or rose petal, to garnish

Steps:

  • Drain mandarin orange sections and cherries. Combine with grapes and apples. Cover and chill until serving time.
  • At serving time spoon fruits into saucer shaped champagne or sherbert glasses. Fill glasses with chilled champagne.
  • Garnish these elegant champagne fruit cups with a mint sprig, lemon balm, or fresh edible flowers such as violets or rose petals.
