16 Ounces Fresh Green Beans
1 Teaspoon Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Garlic Base
1/4 Cup Water, warm
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1/4 Cup Parmesan, shredded
3/4 Cup Mozzarealla, shredded

Steps:

  • First, preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Next, rinse your fresh green beans and cut off the ends.
  • Use a small whisk to mix 1 teaspoon Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Garlic Base and 1/4 cup warm water in a small bowl until dissolved.
  • Place your green beans on a baking sheet lined with foil and pour the broth over the green beans.
  • Sprinkle the minced garlic on top of the green beans and bake them for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the green beans from the oven and sprinkle the 1/4 cup parmesan and 3/4 cup mozzarella on top.
  • Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the green beans are tender.
  • Let cool slightly and enjoy!

¼ cup plus 1 tablespoon olive oil, divided
¼ cup Italian-seasoned panko (Japanese bread crumbs)
1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
2 teaspoons garlic powder
¾ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon dried parsley
½ teaspoon dried dill
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
⅛ teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 cup shredded extra-sharp Cheddar cheese
¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Garnish: crushed red pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°.
  • In a small skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat. Add bread crumbs; cook, stirring constantly, until golden brown, 4 to 6 minutes. Transfer bread crumbs to a small bowl; set aside.
  • In a large bowl, toss together beans, garlic powder, salt, parsley, dill, black pepper, red pepper, and remaining ¼ cup oil until well combined. Place beans in an even layer on a large rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake until beans are crisp-tender, about 10 minutes. Remove beans from oven; place on a broiler-safe serving platter. Sprinkle with cheeses. Increase heat to broil. Broil until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Garnish with red pepper, if desired.

1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh parmesan cheese (shredded)
1 tablespoon minced garlic ((or 4 cloves garlic, minced))
3/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
1 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with nonstick cooking oil spray.
  • Arrange green beans on baking sheet in a single layer. Set aside.
  • In a small bowl mix together olive oil, parmesan, garlic, salt and pepper. Drizzle the oil mixture over the green beans and toss to evenly coat.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until vibrant and tender-crisp.

1 teaspoon kosher salt

Steps:
