CHEESY MINI BLT SQUARES
I was browsing the Pillsbury website, and came across game day appetizers that looked too good to pass up.

Steps:
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Un-roll dough, press into a 12x8 rectangle shape, cut into 24 squares, and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Mix cheese, bacon, onions, and mayonnaise together. Place 1 tblsp. shredded lettuce on botton half of 12 crescent squares. Place 1 tblsp. bacon mixture, and 2 slices of cherry tomato on top of lettuce. Cover with remaining crescent squares to make 12 complete sandwiches. Serve and enjoy.

Steps:
- Cut a thin slice from the bottoms of tomatoes to allow them to rest flat. Cut a thin slice off the top of each tomato. Scoop out and discard pulp; invert tomatoes onto paper towels to drain. In a small bowl, combine the bacon, mayonnaise, onions, cheese, celery and parsley. Spoon into tomatoes. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
