10 ounces uncooked spaghetti
1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
2/3 cup chopped onion
6 slices ready-to-serve fully cooked bacon, chopped
1-1/2 cups ketchup
1 cup chopped dill pickles
1 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup prepared mustard
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the bacon, ketchup, pickles, barbecue sauce and mustard. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Drain spaghetti; stir into meat mixture., Sprinkle with cheese. Remove from the heat; cover and let stand until cheese is melted.

6 oz. uncooked vermicelli or spaghetti
1 egg
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 lb. lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion (1 medium)
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 cup cooked real bacon pieces
1 (15-oz.) can Italian-style tomato sauce
4 oz. (1 cup) finely shredded Cheddar cheese
9 dill pickle hamburger slices

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 9 1/2-inch deep-dish or 10-inch glass pie pan with nonstick cooking spray. Cook vermicelli as directed on package. Drain.
  • In large bowl, beat egg and mustard until blended. Add cooked vermicelli; toss to coat evenly. Spoon mixture into sprayed pie pan, pushing mixture up sides of pan to form crust.
  • In 10-inch nonstick skillet, break up ground beef; add onion and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Cook over medium-high heat until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain.
  • Stir in bacon and tomato sauce. Spoon evenly into vermicelli-lined pie pan, pushing to edge almost covering vermicelli. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of the cheese.
  • Bake at 350°F. for 30 minutes. Top with pickle slices; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
16 ounces cheddar cheese pasta sauce
1 tablespoon mustard
3 tomatoes, chopped
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
12 ounces spaghetti
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of salted liquid to a boil. Meanwhile, cook ground beef with onion and garlic over medium heat, stirring to break up meat, until browned. Drain well, if necessary.
  • Put pasta sauce, mustard, tomatoes, and italian seasoning; bring to a simmer. Cut heat to low and simmer 8-11 minutes.

6 ounces uncooked spaghetti
1 egg
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 (15 ounce) can Italian-style tomato sauce
4 ounces finely shredded cheddar cheese
9 dill pickle slices

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • For crust, grease a 10 inch pie pan. Cook vermicelli or spaghetti and drain. In a large bowl, blend together egg and mustard. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly. Spoon pasta mixture into pie plate and push up sides of pan to form a crust.
  • Fry ground beef in a skillet, add onion and salt. Cook on medium heat until beef is cooked through. Drain off fat and return to skillet.
  • Stir in bacon and tomato sauce. Spoon beef mixture into pasta-lined pan, pushing to edge and almost covering spaghetti sides. Top with 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 box linguine
1 can Mild Ro*Tel Tomatoes
1/2 cup diced onion
2 garlic cloves - minced
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
8 oz. cheddar cheese
1 - 2 jalapeno peppers - seeded and chopped (optional)
handful cilantro - chopped
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown the ground beef with the onions and garlic. Add the Ro*Tel tomatoes. Cook the linguine for about 6 minutes, it will finish cooking when it is baked. Rinse well in a strainer. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Stir in the flour. Add the milk and whisk until thickened. Add the cheese and stir until melted. Combine the ground beef, linguine and cheese sauce together. Add the cilantro. Stir in the jalapenos. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes until it starts to bubble and brown. If you made this ahead and it is coming from the refrigerator it will take 45 minutes to bake.

1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup milk
1 can of French onion soup
1 cup shredded cheese - we like pepper jack and medium cheddar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons dill relish
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon dried parsley (1-2 teaspoons fresh)

Steps:

  • 1. First thing, get your spaghetti boiling; be sure to add a little salt to the water. 2. In a skillet over medium high heat, brown meat and drain fat. Season the meat to taste, just as you would season your cheeseburgers. Leave meat in skillet and set aside. 3. Cook the pasta to al dente, drain water, and put the pasta back in the pot. 4. Back to your skillet, on medium heat, stir in milk, French onion soup, half the cheese, Dijon, relish, Worcestershire and parsley. Add the meat to your noodles & combine completely, coating the pasta. 5. Transfer everything to a 2 quart oven-safe dish, topped with the remaining ½ cup of grated cheese. Broil for about 10 minutes, just to melt the cheese. Serve with a green salad.
