CHEESE CARROTS APPETIZER
Here is another recipe using that stand by for appetizers - cream cheese. This is tasty and pretty! If you prefer, instead of a carrot shape you can just roll these into balls. *Photo by Bing - I will post actual photo next time I make these!

Steps:
- 1. Mix cream cheese and carrot; season with salt, cayenne, Worcestershire sauce and chives. Roll into miniature carrot shapes. Chill until firm. Stick a tiny sprig of parsley or small length of chive into each "carrot" to represent tops.

- In a bowl, combine the carrots, soup and cheese. Transfer to a greased 1-1/2-qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 10 minutes; stir. Toss bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over top. bake 10-15 minutes longer or until carrots are tender and mixture is bubbly.
