CHEDDAR CHEESE POWDER MAC AND CHEESE

Cheddar Cheese Powder Mac and Cheese image

Cheese sauce powder can usually be found near the parmesan cheese or online. It makes an excellent and much less alternative to using boxed macaroni and cheese mixes. Cheese powder can also be used on popcorn, steamed vegetables and in soups and casseroles. It is usually whisked into warm milk and butter to make macaroni and cheese sauce.

WHITE CHEDDAR MAC & CHEESE

White Cheddar Mac & Cheese image

My mac and cheese is simple and has lots of flavor from the cheeses and ground chipotle chile. I use conchiglie pasta because its shape allows more melted cheese to pool inside. Yum! -Colleen Delawder, Herndon, Virginia
