2 quarts water
1 cup fresh cranberries
1/2 small navel orange, sliced
4 cardamom pods

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a large glass carafe or pitcher. Cover and refrigerate 12-24 hours. Strain before serving.

I assembled this combination earlier in the afternoon with culinary lavender that made its debut in our garden this weekend! Very refreshing!

Number Of Ingredients 5

2-3 stalk(s) celery ribs plus leaves, cut in thirds
1/2 - orange, unpeeled and sliced
2-3 sprig(s) fresh lavender, lightly bruised
1 gallon cold water
- ice cubes

Steps:

  • Place the cold water in a glass pitcher or other large pitcher. Add the ice cubes, celery, lavender sprigs and orange slices. Stir.
  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour but several hours is ideal.
