CAPTAIN RODNEY'S CHEESE DIP
Captain Rodneys Dip, also known as a Cheese Bake, is a CREAMY, CHEESY, BACON-Y dip with a SWEET and SPICY twist.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise and cream cheese. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer to combine until smooth.
- Add in the cheddar cheese. Mix to combine.
- Add 1/2 cup Captain Rodney's Boucan Glaze, green onions, and half the bacon to the cheese mixture. Mix to combine.
- Spoon into a 9 inch pie plate or similar size baking dish.
- Top with cracker crumbs.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and the crackers are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with the remaining 1/4 cup Captain Rodney's Pepper Jelly, and top with remaining bacon.
- Add more sliced green onions for garnish if desired. Serve with crackers or vegetables. Enjoy!

- Mix Mayo, cream cheese, cheddar cheese and onions in a greased quiche pan or similar. Top with crumbled up crackers: well enough to coat, but not too thick. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes, until just bubbling on edges. Remove and top with bacon and dribble glaze. Put back in oven to finish . Need to see bubbling edges and a nice toasty brown crackers. remove and serve with remaining crackers! Yummy!
