ANNETTE'S CAPRESE SALAD BITES
Caprese salad is one of my faves! I loved these because they're bite-sized and a perfect party appetizer. The flavors in each bite are fab. Make sure you grab one or two before you put the plate down. These are going to disappear fast! Our store was out of the mozzarella pearls, so we substituted with regular mozzarella. Still...

Spoon pesto sauce into a serving bowl. Set skewers around the edge of the bowl or set them in the bowl so that both the cheese balls and the tomatoes rest in the pesto.

CAPRESE BITES
These are impressive, but almost embarrassingly easy, Think of them as a little appetizer sized Caprese Salad. It makes a huge difference in this recipe if you use good cheese, oil, and vinegar. Adjust the oil and vinegar to your taste, measurements are not exact.
