10 tablespoons butter or 10 tablespoons margarine
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate morsel, divided
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips, divided
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
holiday candy sprinkles
candy covered plain chocolate candies
white chocolate pretzel

Steps:

  • Grease two 6-inch round or 1 12-inch round pizza pan.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Cream together butter, and sugars together with electric mixer.
  • Add egg and vanilla and blend well.
  • Combine flour, soda and salt; gradually add to butter mixture, beating well after each addition.
  • Stir in 1/2 cup each of semisweet and white chocolate morsels.
  • Spread dough evenly onto greased pizza pans.
  • Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Working quickly, sprinkle crust with remaining semisweet and 1/2 cup of white chocolate morsels; drop peanut butter by tablespoonsfuls onto crust.
  • Let stand for 5 minutes or until morsels and peanut butter are softened; gently spread evenly over crust.
  • Decorate with desired toppings.
  • Gently melt remaining 1/2 cup white chocolate morsels in microwave--watch closely and stir often--it doesn't take long!
  • Spoon into zip-lock bag and snip of small corner to drizzle over top of"pizzas".
  • Let chocolate set up before serving.

1 (18 ounce) package refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
1 (6 ounce) package chocolate chips
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter or 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup coarsely chopped assorted candy bar (Nestle Crunch, Butterfinger, Baby Ruth, Hershey's, etc.)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Grease large baking sheet or pizza pan.
  • Place whole bar of cookie dough scored side down, shaping to fit prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Immediately sprinkle morsels over hot crust; drop peanut butter by spoonfuls onto morsels.
  • Let stand for 5 minutes or until morsels are shiny.
  • Gently spread chocolate and peanut butter evenly over cookie crust.
  • Sprinkle candy in single layer over pizza.
  • Cut into wedges.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature.

1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1 1/4 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 package (12-ounce size) miniature semisweet chocolate chips (1 cup)
1 cup sweetened whipped cream
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup flaked or shredded coconut, toasted
1/2 cup candy-coated chocolate candies

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix sugars, butter, vanilla and egg in large bowl. Stir in flour and baking soda (dough will be stiff). Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Spread or pat dough in ungreased 12-inch pizza pan or on cookie sheet.
  • Bake about 15 minutes or until golden brown; cool in pan.
  • Just before serving, spread cookie with whipped cream. Top with walnuts, coconut and candies. Cut into wedges. Immediately refrigerate any remaining cookie after serving.

1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
10 Tbsp butter, softened
1/2 c sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c peanut butter, optional
1 c chocolate candy, chopped, optional

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375.
  • 2. Lightly grease 12 inch pizza pan or 15x10x1 inch baking pan.
  • 3. In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; Set aside.
  • 4. In large mixer bowl, beat butter, sugars until creamy; Beat in egg and vanilla.
  • 5. Gradually beat in flour mixture, then stir 1 cup chocolate morsels.
  • 6. Using buttered wax paper, spread in prepared pan.
  • 7. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned; Leave in pizza pan. (LEAVE ROOM FOR THE DOUGH TO EXPAND UP THE SIDES OF THE PAN.)
  • 8. Immediately sprinkle remaining one cup morsels over crust; Let stand five minutes or until morsels become soft and shiny.
  • 9. Gently spread chocolate over crust; Let set.
  • 10. After cookie dough has cooled, pizza may have to refrigerated for 30 minutes for chocolate to set.
  • 11. Optional Ingredients: If wanted, when pizza cookie comes out of the oven sprinkle one cup morsels on hot crust; drop peanut butter by spoonfuls on morsels.
  • 12. Let stand 5 minutes or until morsels become soft and shiny.
