Steps:
- Place meat in crock pot.
- Mix flour, salt, pepper and pour over meat.
- Stir to coat meat with flour.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well.
- Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours or high for 4-6 hours.
- Stir stew thoroughly before serving.
CAMPING BEEF STEW (CROCK-POT)
Steps:
- Turn LARGE Crock-pot on LOW. Sprinkle stew meat with meat tenderizer, for 5-10 minutes. Put flour in Large Ziploc baggie. Place meat into baggie, shake well and cover meat well with flour.
- Put meat into bottom of crock-pot. Pour 1 can of beef broth into small mixing bowl adding Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir until blended. Add broth to crock-pot and stir around meat. Add onion, potatoes, carrots, celery to crock-pot. Add other can of beef broth and 1 cup of water. Stir well. Add Banquet sauce, stir well. Put bay leaves into stew.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 10 hours or LOW for 3 hours and HIGH for 4 hours for faster cooking. Serve with breadsticks or crackers.

- Place meat in slow cooker. In a small bowl mix together the flour, salt, and pepper; pour over meat, and stir to coat meat with flour mixture. Stir in the garlic, bay leaf, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, onion, beef broth, potatoes, carrots, and celery.
- Cover, and cook on Low setting for 10 to 12 hours, or on High setting for 4 to 6 hours.
