CAJUN CRAB AND SHRIMP PASTA SALAD
This is a spin on the popular dish seafood salad. you can still call it that but there are only two meats so I kept it simple. This is for the seafood lovers who like it spicy.

Steps:
- 1. Melt stick of butter in a saute pan and add garlic to taste.
- 2. Saute the shrimp over medium heat until no longer pink and add the cajun seasoning to taste. Remove from heat. Then add the crab meat, Mix well and set aside.
- 3. Add cooked pasta to a large mixing bowl along with chopped onion and mayo and sour cream.
- Now add, Onion powder, Garlic powder, Accent, Mrs. Dash and Sweet Relish and mix well. ALL SPICES ARE TO TASTE. DO NOT ADD ANY SALT TO PASTA MIX AS THE MEAT WILL ADD SALT.
- Add the meat mixture to the pasta mixture and mix well. If you. Eed to add more MAYO do no now.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and top with Cayenne pepper. Chill 2-3 hours and serve cold.

CAJUN CRAB SALAD SANDWICH
This is a sandwich that I make at least once every couple of months. It's so quick and easy, and so delicious! Cool, sweet crabmeat, crunchy celery and a hint of cajun spice in a creamy mayo, piled onto a bed of lettuce on your favorite bun or roll is just a seafood-lovers delight!

Steps:
- If using fresh crabmeat, drain and pick over crab for bits of shell; if using imitation crabmeat, use kitchen shears to cut into small bite-sized pieces in a medium bowl.
- Add 1/8 cup chopped celery.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Miracle Whip, Louisiana Cajun Seasoning and/or Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning and a pinch of salt. (You may use more cajun/creole seasoning, if desired; just be aware of the saltiness and the heat of the seasoning.)
- Add to crabmeat; stir gently to combine.
- At this point you may smear your chosen bread with softened butter, or olive oil, and lightly toast in a toaster oven, place buttered side down in a medium-hot skillet to toast, or just leave it untoasted, your preferrence.
- Place lettuce on bun, then spoon on the crab mixture and add the top. Serve. Cover and refrigerate leftovers.
CAJUN CRAB SALAD

Steps:
- Slice ends off of the loaf of bread. Cut remaining loaf into 1-inch cubes. Place on a baking sheet and sprinkle with garlic salt. Bake at 350°F 10-15 minutes or until bread begins to crisp. Remove from oven and place in a large mixing bowl to cool. In a separate mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Stir gently. Add gradually to bread cubes, stirring gently after each addition. Chill and serve cold.
